The emphasis of these eight evenings will be discovering,
at an introductory Buddhist level, the feminine power
embodied in both men and women. In this fast paced life
we have lost touch with the nurturing, loving, Divine
Source. Through visualization, meditation and discussion,
we will connect with the powerful, creative, receptive
and wisdom force that is the feminine in all of us.
Men are most welcome. Pre-registration required.
Angela Hryniuk, M.A. has trained in Tibetan Buddhism

of recovery to her teaching. She was the Coordinator

Play is the work of children growing up.
It is by playing with peers that
we learn self-confidence and friendship.
Many of us have had our childhood
and development thwarted
by uncontrollable circumstances.
In order to reach
deeper levels of self-confidence
and courage now,
we must return to the playground.
In one day workshops,
evenings groups and one on one sessions
we will participate in guided mediations,
visualization and discussions.
We will write, paint, make music
and have some serious fun
in order to re-sow the seeds of creativity
and espressions... to feel the entire spectrum
of our being.
Give yourself permission
to embark on this journey.
